ROMP Workshop 2004, June 1-3, 2004 KEMPENFELT CENTRE, BARRIE, ONTARIO
This years Rural Ontario Medical Program Workshop provided a great opportunity for University Coordinators, Education Coordinators, Faculty and Community Recruiters to share information, resources and experiences.
University Coordinators were not only able to interact and meet one another, but they were able to learn more about ROMP and the promotion of rural community placements.
Education Coordinators and Faculty were able to learn more about the education structure, community involvement and creating successful rotations.
The Recruitment & Retention Workshop provided a better understanding of Recruitment & Retentioin areas, tools and initiatives. Information was also gained with regards to the RPA and new IMG program.
ROMP would like to thank all those who attended to help make this years workshop such a success!
