RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION WORKSHOP 2003

Recruitment & Retention Committee Members were invited to discussion on:

Underserviced Designation, IMG programs, Marketing, Medical Staff Planning and Best Practice Models. A wine and cheese reception followed at a local Niagara Vineyard for the education coordinators, preceptors, as well as the recruitment and retention coordinators and committee members

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP 2003

Preceptors and Education Coordinators were invited to attend an all-inclusive day with seminars on:

Evaluation, Giving Feedback, Video Conferencing Technology, Office Technology and Elective Coordinator session on Credentialing. Dinner was hosted for the Faculty in the evening of May 7th at the Niagara on the Lake Golf and Country Club.
