Cancellation Policy:
It is unprofessional for a learner to cancel his or her elective or rotation after a preceptor has been confirmed by ROMP. ROMP will notify the learner's school of any unprofessional behaviour.

ATTENTION PRE-CLERKSHIP STUDENTS:
For summer electives please submit the following documents in addition to the application: *Letter of intent and *Letter of Good Standing from your school. Due to the high volume of applications received for summer rotations, certain communities and specialties are unavailable to learners. First year students will be matched with a
Family Medicine
preceptor. Additional time will be spent in a specialty. You will be notified by email if we are unable to match you with your choice community and/or specialty. A list of alternate learning sites will be provided at that time. Please note that pre-clerkship summer rotations are limited, therefore remaining sites will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If we receive more applications than spots available, selection will be determined based on your letter of intent.
